Please RSVP as soon as your flights are booked.
RSVP no later than 15 April 2021.
If possible, please RSVP earlier so we can finalize the head count for catering and seating. We appreciate some guests may be very excited about the ideal of attending, but may not actually be able to attend for various reasons. Please be realistic with your RSVP & only do so after your flights have been booked.
Yes. Unless you are an American Citizen or have a valid exisiting visa.
As the wedding will be held in Kauai, Hawaii, a US visa is required. As part of the visa requirements, we have prepared a ready-to-print invitation that can be used as part of your application. More information regarding US visa applications can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html
While this makes us very sad, we completely understand that not everyone will be able to attend. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible via the RSVP section.
We recommend flying to Hawaii at least 3x days prior to the Wedding. This will give you plenty of time to adjust to the timezones, transfer to Kauai (if not flying in directly), and check out a bit of the island. Remember, Hawaii Time Zone is -10.
We also recommend spending at least 1x day after in Kauai. This will give you time to relax and recover in case you can't feel your legs from dancing the night away or if you over indulged at our open bar. Most people will stay 3-5 days on Oahu (Honolulu & Int'l Airport) before the wedding & 3-5 days on Kauai (Smaller Island where our Wedding is). Those eager to travel & explore will also spend 3-5 days on one of the other islands (Big Island, Maui, etc) after the wedding.
We recommend booking flights as soon as you know how long you want to spend in Hawaii. After booking flights, please RSVP. Accomodation is booking out very fast for July 2021 so you should book as soon as possible to ensure you stay some place that ticks all your boxes.

The wedding is in Kauai, Hawaii. You will need to fly into Lihue Airport.
There are options to fly into Hawaii via Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu then getting a domestic flight to Lihue Airport. Alternately, there are airlines that take you directly to Kauai.

Rental Car (Highly Recommended): Kauai is meant to be explored; to do so, you'll need a car. You'll find that driving is easy, as there are really only two major highways on the island (Kaumualii and Kuhio Highways). The most important thing to do is reserve your rental car before you depart. Since so many people choose this option for getting around Kauai, rental cars are in very high demand, especially during July. So much so that if you travel during peak periods and don't rent a car in advance, it is possible that there may be little to no cars available to rent. And if you are able to snag one last-minute, the prices will most certainly be much higher. Honking as a means of telling someone to hurry up is very frowned upon. Kauaians only honk if there is a hazard ahead. Ride Share:
Uber Lyft Taxi - Kauai Taxi
Note these options are rather limited and Taxi's are best booked in advance. Public Transport:
There's a very affordable bus, but stops are extremely limited. You can only get on and off at designated bus stops. Also, they do not allow suitcases. Seems, public transport is really only for the locals and not suitable for us tourists. Most of this information is from Here.
Please do your own research as things may have changed since this posting.
As long as your current Driver's License is in English, you should be able to drive in Hawaii as long as you only plan to stay in the US for 3 months or less.
If your license is not in English, you will need to have a certified translated copy with you at all times or apply for an International License.
Please familiarize yourself with driving in Hawaii:
Kauai has a Max Speed of 50 MPH
Residential Areas are 10 MPH
One Way Bridges are common
Drive on the Right side
Honking is only for hazards
